DMCA Takedown Notices

If you think your copyright-protected work has been copied in a way that infringes your copyright and is available on Axiom11.com, please inform Axiom11.com’s copyright agent per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”). To make a valid complaint under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and the URL where it is located on Axiom11.com;
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Axiom11.com to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

Under penalty of perjury, knowingly misrepresenting online material as infringing may lead to criminal prosecution for perjury and civil penalties, including monetary damages, court costs, and attorneys’ fees.

If we receive a valid complaint, we will e-mail a copy of the notice to the content provider and remove the content.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice to Restore Content Removed from the Website

If you use Axiom11.com’s resources to post, use, or distribute content protected by copyright without the owner’s permission, it can be removed or disabled. 

However, if you think your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you can contest the takedown by submitting a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent.

To help us process your counter-notification, please provide Axiom11.com with a written statement that includes the following information:

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address (if any);
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the location on the website (e.g., the URL) where it previously appeared;
  3. A statement UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, any jurisdiction in which you may be properly served, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person; and
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringement Policy

Under appropriate circumstances, Axiom11.com may, at our discretion, terminate the account of users who are repeat infringers.
